3. Delivery Times Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Carriers We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and order size.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Large & Heavy Items Some items such as vanities, utility sinks, and storage cabinets may ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment if applicable.

7. Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at stylevalue21@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
